These salad tongs come in Cherry, Oak, Maple, and Ambrosia Maple. They are 10 1/4″ long and feature a spring action to allow one handed use for salads, chips, fruits, whatever. Finished with butcher block oil, they last for years and years, requiring only hand washing in warm water to keep the oil from dressed salads building up. I am currently out of Walnut.
